Itahdnura Kollection Gift Voucher – Terms & Conditions

1. Validity:

   • Gift vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

   • Expired vouchers will not be accepted or reissued.

2. Usage:

   • Vouchers are redeemable only on purchases made through our official website or via our official Instagram account.

   • Vouchers can be used for fashion jewelry items only and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3. Redemption:

   • Only one voucher can be used per transaction.

   • Voucher codes must be entered at checkout to apply the discount.

4. Non-transferable:

   • Vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable. They must be used by the person to whom it was originally issued unless specified as a gift.

5. Partial Use:

   • If the total purchase amount is less than the voucher value, the balance will not be refunded or carried forward.

   • If the purchase amount exceeds the voucher value, the customer must pay the difference.

6. Lost or Stolen Vouchers:

   • Itahdnura Kollection is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of the voucher. Please treat it like cash.

7. Promotions & Discounts:

   • Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly mentioned.

8. Right to Amend:

   • Itahdnura Kollection reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
