Purchasing  our Gift Voucher is simple:

• Select the amount you want to ‘gift’. [Kindly read the ‘Terms and Conditions’ mentioned below]
• Add the recipient’s name address and a personal message.
• Make sure you mention the correct email address of your loved one.
• Go to the check out and complete the purchase.
• You will receive a confirmation purchase email and the recipient will then receive a personalized email along with the ‘Gift voucher’.
• There will be a unique shopping code mentioned on the gift voucher. [valid for 2 months from the date of purchase].
• They can redeem this voucher using their unique code in the shopping cart. Gift Voucher DOES NOT include Shipping Charges.

Terms and Conditions

•  Gift vouchers are valid from 2 months from date of purchase.
• Once issued and used, gift voucher codes are not transferable.
• Gift vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
• Any returned items or associated refund payments that were purchased with a gift voucher will be credited back with a new gift voucher unique shopping code.
• If your order exceeds the value of your gift voucher, you can pay the balance using a credit or debit card at the checkout.
• Please ensure that you have the correct email address as we are not liable for the incorrect delivery of a gift voucher to an incorrect or non-existent email.
• Itahdnura Kollection cannot accept responsibility if the gift voucher is lost stolen or used without permission.
